01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Freelinq ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any Freelinq product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

02Description of Services

Freelinq provides a suite of business software products including Freelinq Workbook (project management), Freelinq Invoice (invoicing and payments), Freelinq Proposals (proposal management), and Freelinq Toolkit (business utilities). Some products are offered free of charge; others require a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

03Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam)
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our services without prior written consent
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the performance of our services

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

05Subscription & Billing

Certain Freelinq products require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate specified at the time of purchase.

• Billing cycle — Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
• Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. Refund requests after this period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Price changes — We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

06Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Freelinq and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of any data or content you create, upload, or store within our products ("Your Content"). By using our services, you grant Freelinq a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

07Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

08Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freelinq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

09Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.

10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within our products at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
